Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Thank you for choosing CA Classical Osteopathy. To provide a professional and efficient service to all our patients, we operate the following policy regarding appointments:

​1. Cancellation Notice

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in urgent need of care.

​2. Cancellation Fees

​Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

​No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be subject to a 100% fee of the treatment price.

​3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next patient is seen on time. The full treatment fee will still apply.

​4. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies and accidents happen. In genuine cases of sudden illness or emergencies, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.

​5. How to Cancel
