Terms of Sale for Treatment Packages

At Ares Osteopathy, we offer various "Plans & Packages" to help you maintain your health and well-being consistently. By purchasing any of our bundles via Stripe, you agree to the following terms:

1. Available Packages:

30-Minute Sessions: Bundles of 5 or 10.

60-Minute Sessions: Bundles of 5 or 10.

90-Minute Sessions: Bundles of 5 or 10.

2. Validity & Expiry: 

To encourage consistent progress in your treatment, all packages have an expiration date:

Bundles of 5 sessions: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Bundles of 10 sessions: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Booking & Cancellations:

Sessions must be booked in advance.

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, that session will be deducted from your bundle total.

4. Refunds & Transfers:

Packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

Packages are personal but may be transferred to a family member or friend only with prior written agreement from the practitioner.

5. Payments: 

All transactions are handled securely through Stripe. You will receive a digital receipt upon purchase which serves as your proof of credit.

Physical Gift Vouchers - Terms & Conditions

1. Validity: 

Vouchers are valid for 3 months starting from the date the voucher is received (either collected in person at the clinic or delivered by post). 

2. Collection & Delivery: 

Vouchers can be collected at the clinic by appointment or sent via An Post. Please allow 3-5 working days for postal delivery within Ireland. Ares Osteopathy is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

3. Usage: 

The physical voucher must be presented at the time of the treatment.

4. Lost Vouchers: 

Please keep your voucher safe; we cannot replace lost or stolen physical vouchers once they have been delivered or collected.

5. Non-Refundable: 

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
